Remote support software enables our Technical Support team to resolve issues
quickly and effectively by connecting directly to your EPOS terminal or back office
computer, and control the unit from our offices.
Unlike alot of EPOS companies we dont charge our customers for remote support,
all our customers receive Remote Support when its necessary to use it for FREE.
Remote Support will only be used while the customer is on the telephone to our
Telephone Support agents. Calls Cost 45p a minute from a BT landline.
