Mobile Stock Taking (EEMobile) EEMobile is a simple to use piece of Software designed to run on the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system on a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). Any PDA running the Windows Mobile 5.0 OS should be compatible with the EEMobile system. The system allows you to perform stock taking and delivery taking operations without having to enter the data into the main EPOS terminal. Simply scan the item with your PDA and enter the required data. The system uses wireless networking to seamlessly update your EPOS database "on the fly".

Online Store Synchronisation (EEOnline) If you run an online store as well as a high street store, this bolt-on is perfect for you. EEOnline allows you to synchronisation stock levels from your online store databases with your EPOS-Excel EPOS terminal databases over a broadband internet connection. The system will automatically synchronise your EPOS-Excel database with almost any online store system that uses MySQL backend database One thing that you must have in order to run the EEOnline system is remote access to your online store database.

Chip and Pin We have teamed up with YESPAY International Limited to offer all users of the EPOS-Excel EPOS system a cost effective and fully integrated method of accepting card payments over the counter. YESPAY’s payment service EMBOSS is an on-line IP-based payment processing service that has been pre-accredited by major card acquirers in UK and is fully end to end certified to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) Level 1 as mandated by Visa and MasterCard.

Data Back-up Critical business data (including epos database) is automatically encrypted and uploaded to two world class data centres, you can restore it in minutes via the internet. Requires internet connection to EPOS unit. This service is provided by Backup Direct.				AVG Internet Security AVG Internet Security, gives you get a worry-free online experience every time. Internet Security's multiple layers of protection mean you don't have to worry about identity theft, spam or viruses. Requires internet connection to EPOS unit. This service is provided by AVG.

* Product Updates: Annual Licences recieve FREE unlimited product upgrades. One Time Purchase Licences are only valid for a specific version of EPOS-Excel.
If a new "major version" of the application was released (Version 2.0.0.0 for example) then a modest upgrade charge would apply should you wish to upgrade.
Upgrades within the current version are still covered by your licence.
